Privacy Policy

CONTONE believes privacy is not a product. We only collect the data needed to process orders, provide customer support and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal data, we don't use invasive tracking techniques and we keep data collection to the bare minimum.

What data we collect and why

We collect the name, address, email, phone number and payment details needed to process your order, deliver your piece and respond to support requests. If you leave measurements in the order notes, we only use them to make your piece.

Who we share data with

We share only the strictly necessary data with: Stripe, PayPal and Revolut, to process payments; Hostinger, which hosts the website; and Google, for visitor statistics. None of them use your data for any purpose other than providing their service to us.

How long we keep data

We keep order data for as long as required by tax and legal obligations. You can request the deletion of any other data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or request the portability of your data, and to object to its processing, by emailing contone.pt@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
